Emilee Lemaire, M.A.

Hi! I’m Emilee LeMaire, and I specialize in working with young adults who are navigating life while struggling with anxiety and the exhausting pressure to be perfect. If this resonates with you, you are not alone. Many people at this stage feel overwhelmed by constant worry, self-criticism, and the fear of making mistakes or disappointing others. Anxiety can feel like a constant unwanted companion, the persistent voice in your head making even the smallest decisions feel overwhelming.

My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), with a foundation in relational and psychodynamic theories. I believe therapy is your space to grow at your own pace, and I am here to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.

You deserve to feel confident in who you are. Together, we can help you find peace with imperfection, develop genuine self-compassion, and discover the freedom that comes with self-acceptance.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me exploring new parks with my boyfriend and our rescue pittie-mix, Kona, or spending time with family.

If you are ready to quiet your inner critic and build a kinder relationship with yourself, I invite you to connect with me by using the contact page or calling the office at 727-379-1982.
