Emilee Lemaire, M.A.

Emilee LeMaire is a master’s level clinician at Pinellas Psychology Associates. She works with young adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and the internal pressure to meet high expectations.

Many of the individuals Emilee works with experience persistent worry, self-criticism, and difficulty feeling confident in their decisions. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand these patterns while developing a more balanced and sustainable way of relating to themselves.

Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), along with relational and psychodynamic perspectives, to support both insight and meaningful change.

Emilee works with clients to build greater emotional awareness, reduce self-criticism, and develop practical strategies that support confidence, flexibility, and long-term well-being.

Outside of her clinical work, Emilee enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new parks with her partner and their dog, and being with family.
