James Anthony, M.A.

James Anthony II is a master’s level clinician at Pinellas Psychology Associates. He works with adolescents and adults, with a focus on Gen Z and Millennial clients, as well as individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.

James supports clients who are navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, and the pressures of modern life. Many of the individuals he works with are balancing expectations to have things “figured out” while managing uncertainty, stress, and evolving life roles.

His approach is thoughtful, affirming, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. He creates a supportive space where clients can explore challenges openly, develop greater self-understanding, and build confidence in how they move forward.

James works collaboratively with clients to strengthen insight, improve emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies that support both personal growth and day-to-day functioning.

Outside of his clinical work, James enjoys exploring new coffee shops, staying current with film and television, and spending time outdoors with his partner and their dog.
