Kristi Cole, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Kristi Cole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She supports clients who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and challenges related to communication, boundaries, and balancing the demands of daily life.
Kristi has a strong focus on working with children and families, helping them better understand and manage behavioral and emotional challenges. She is known for her ability to build trust and connect with clients who may initially feel hesitant or unsure about therapy, creating a space where they feel comfortable and understood.
Her approach is thoughtful, supportive, and individualized. She works with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to current challenges while developing practical strategies that support emotional regulation, communication, and confidence.
Kristi integrates evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and solution-focused strategies. Her work is grounded in helping clients make meaningful, realistic changes that can be applied in everyday life.
In her work with children, Kristi also provides guidance to parents and caregivers, helping them respond more effectively and create a more balanced and supportive home environment.
Outside of her clinical work, Kristi enjoys spending time outdoors, working with animals, traveling, and being with her family.
